Active Ageing in Local Government

EMR Alliance

The EMR Alliance provides a forum that promotes a strong partnership approach through effective information sharing and collaborative problem solving.

Initially established in 2010 as part of the Victorian HACC program, the scope of the Alliance has grown over time and now supports local Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP) agencies in the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.
